★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best home security company in Regina. Friendly staff and installers. I had a lot of questions and they were all answered. I also did a lot of comparisons between companies and online pricing and found that this is the best bang for your buck. Whereas other companies charge extra monthly for added features like automatic door locks with your app, this company doesn't and the control you get with the Honeywell system is great.
Best monthly price, great initial cost, no pushy sales tactics and they handle contacting your home insurance company to get you your discount.
Installed for a month and everything works as expected.

After purchasing my unit from Rob 3 years ago, he still gladly answers my calls and provides me with troubleshooting service for any issues. What I didn’t expect was to have a quote and a system installed the same day! I love the software and ease of access and use. Robert and his team provided the kind of old fashioned customer service that is rarely found nowadays and definitely not present with the pushy larger alarm companies we have dealt with in the past! Kudos on another job well done!!

Rich personally went over different options to find the best ones that suited our needs. Extremely efficient and they stand behind their products and installations. The employees make sure to educate you on how to use their products and make sure everything is working to your satisfaction. Very impressed with the service !!!! I rate them a 10 out of 10 !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our security camera system installed a little over a year ago. They were great to deal with, the installers were professional, the installation looks professional and it works great. We had a small issue with a third party app that we use to monitor our cameras from our phones and they came out and fixed us up at no charge even after our warranty was up and it wasnt even their app. I would definitely recommend RMD if you are looking for a security camera system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to deal with since they sold out to Sasktel. You can’t call after hours. It takes days to get a call back. Their phone doesn’t work most of the time. Spent $450 a month ago. System will not respond again. Third time since new system installed. DONT DEAL HERE. WORST SERVICE EVER. Thanks for reading.
