I never recommend to any one for Access. If you still desperate to use your welcome but make sure they have several hidden charges that you don't know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to get TV service. Friendly staff. Lots of parking and easy access from the ring road to get to. Have drive up window also for service, makes a great choice for bill payment or equipment changes without having to go inside in this pandemic. Access offers a bigger variety of channels and HD channels than its other local competition. Recommend their service for most areas of Regina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been on access for 7 years and we are always disappointed of the service. I called many times to send someone to check my internet as it’s been logging since last week. Today, it’s been off since in the morning. The guy on the phone said that I have to wait tomorrow or till Wednesday as they can’t find an available tech. WTH! How can you let a customer wait for that long!

He personally came to our business to resolve all issues after a tech was sent a week earlier to install new systems for us in which he did not hook anything up properly or to the work order. Solid work Russel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted support regarding a issue with my wifi. Poor service, tech had to wait almost an hour because ‘penguin wouldn’t work’ I understand that this software is out of the techs hands, but if it's slowing service down this much it should be replaced immediately. I'll be reconsidering my plan, and will likely switch to another ISP if the service remains this bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently my mother switched her internet and phone over to access. Could not be happier with the service we are receiving. Not only is the internet and phone service a great value but the customer service from the staff is EXCEPTIONAL. All the staff goes above and beyond. In fact the one staff Courtney (hope I spelled her name right) wad so kind and patient t and went above and beyond. A breath of fresh air! After years of being with sasktel and then the hassle that was reviewed from sasktel for switching over was so unprofessional and just solidified the decision to switch. The staff at access are amazing and we are very happy with what we are provided. Thank you Access crew!!!
