Everytime, i mean everytime doctor mrs patel is always late. Appointment doesnt matter. If you are planning to go here think five times. Go to a different clinic or see a different doctor. It doesnt even deserve a 1 star.

Wow this afternoon had visit at this clinic.had appointment , few days ago called and asked if she was taking patient's they said yes so I booked thinking want to have a new family doctor. Once I sat with her she was sooo rudely talking . It was quiet upsetting time.the way she said .if she don't want to take new patients she should told me tat. The patients has right to choose doctors. I felt more sick once I got out from there . She stated tat she see40 people a day there is no way u can walk in for a pain and walk away. If she behave this way who will feel comfortable to go with her.

Until yesterday, Dr. Patel (Mrs.), was my doctor for 6 years. She has always been a "No B.S" type of person, which I appreciated; but it went too far when I simply went in for a routine prescription refill & left with a surprise strong recommendation to stop taking birth control & get a tubal ligation or have my husband get a vasectomy (I'm only 30 & the Pill is working just fine for me) because it's "only 20 years until menopause". I was also literally scolded and made to feel absolutely terrible about not having a physical 'on time'. She sat and gave me a hard stare, saying that I was 'not participating in patient care' and talked to me like a child being reprimanded by a parent. I was basically forced to make a follow-up appt (which I canceled). Never in my life have I been spoken to in such a manner by a doctor and made to feel humiliated for my right to choose as a patient. Unprofessional, embarrassing, uncomfortable. I can only imagine how the patient before me felt, who was literally being yelled at. I could hear it all the way into the waiting room. So long.

I have been going to the clinic for over 7 years. My parents have been as well since their previous family doctor retired. Easy to talked to and if it's a major issue, they will help make an appointment to see the specialist. Since the pandemic, I have been dealing with a foot issues. He is trying his very best to help a solution for my problems. Calls me every few weeks and make sure no seriousness come from it and try to find specialist to check my issues.

Phoned to book an appointment, explained my personal concern to the dr. about symptoms occurring and he raised his voice asking me "what do you want me to do about it" when I asked if he could investigate my symptoms he continued to ask me what I am expecting him to do and why I would call his clinic if I didn't know what I wanted. Incredibly disrespectful & unprofessional.
