โ โ โ โ โ The worst run office Iโve ever seen. The doctor didnโt show up for four consecutive appointments and they didnโt even phone to cancel or let us know. There are other doctors who might be worth putting up with the disorganization but she is not one of them.

โ โ โ โ โ So, I took an appointment for my child. And they wanted me to charged double cause the doctor has to examine my son and have to talk to me about it, since my son has speech issues. So the doctor will change visit fee for both my son and for me. How ridiculous ! Stay Away

โ โ โ โ โ Dr. Javid is a FANTASTIC Doctor. Always friendly and listens to concerns. Her receptionist, however, is rather abrasive & hoggish.

โ โ โ โ โ The Receptionist is very rude.
I called to get an appointment with this doctor for some urgent health problem because my previous family doctor isn't available until end of October which doesn't help me at all and I am desperately trying to get a new family doctor. However, this Receptionist lady harshly told me that "We are very tight scheduled and sorry, we dont take new patients who already have a doctor. We only take patients who have no doctor." She wouldn't even listen when I tried to explain that I am no longer seeing my doctor.
I mean, seriously??? Why would I want a family doc if I didn't really need one?! And which doctor is not busy?! Is that a way to talk to patients / anyone who is sick and in dire need of medical attention?? This is definitely not the kind of behavior expected in any health service provider in Canada.

โ โ โ โ โ I found Dr, Javid to be a really compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. She made me feel really comfortable and was genuinely interested in my case. I am relatively new in Canada and not quite acquainted to healthcare system here, I visited a doctor couple of months back had such a terrible experience, I just gave up working on my health concerns. Dr. Javid gave me hope and confidence, I glad I found her.
The staff was polite and considerate too.

โ โ โ โ โ Wost doc ever !!! Stay away. I almost lost my life with her when i gave birth !! she didnt even check on me at the hospital or nothing! came in for deliver and never preped! my husband had to catch the baby!!
