★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard to believe that they sell food which are expired over 2 months (dumplings)!! The customer service lady came to me after I checked out and asked me “did you pay for these?” This is ridiculous! Firstly, she should check the payment issue with their own cashier rather than went to customer directly. Secondly, they should keep their eyes on the expiry dates of the food they are selling! Bad service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty standard Coop grocery store, good selections, relatively decent pricing. The only thing I'm not a fan of is they want your social insirance number for their Coop number program. I get it...for "tax reasons" because it's considered a form of income and they say taxable. No other points system has this and that taxable idea is usually if you are business purchasing and taking advantage of the points system personally...called personal gain on business purchasing. Either way, giving out your SIN is only an opportunity to have it compromised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clearly I'm not the only person who has been treated rudely by customer service. The lady at the customer service desk was rude and snarky. I asked for a second box of rapid tests to bring to a coworker who has covid and she refused. The libraries and other Coops in the city have always accommodated people I know who have more than 5 people in their household by giving them two boxes so I didn't see what the big deal was? This needs to do a bit more training with their customer service obviously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was rude & did not listen to what I asked about. I told her I would not be back to this store ever again. I will shop at the other 2 stores in Regina were they truely treat you with respect in a caring manner. Enough said.
