Cashier's were welcoming customers by name ~ REALLY!

Did a mention that you can actually get PC Optimum points ~they are part of the pregram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is there really any grocery store better in Regina? The answer is No. Mikes independent is incredible. It’s not uncommon to pass by the owner(Mike) and have him greet you. The selection is amazing. Always amazing deals. Great pharmacy…This place can’t be beat. Produce is great. The deli is always so busy and such great respect and service from every single amazing staff member that works there. This really is the top shelf standard to how a grocery store should be. All the cashiers are super fast and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really!? I can't believe I have to pay to use a cart! Don't need a loonie at the Normanview location
P.C./Independent Grocer's sold this "dollar" shaped tag that attaches to a key chain and the damn thing doesn't work/fit in a majority of the slots for their carts, so I still have to carry a loonie on me to use!
I also love the fact (not really) that ever since they stopped using plastic bags which they charged us $0.05 for....90% of their cashiers refuse to help bag groceries even though we pay a $1.00 for a reusable clothe bag!
Customer service is severely lacking!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is 85% on point all times. Friendly and expedient. Shelves are full and the merchandise looks perfect.
However, prices are not quite competitive, falling in the 4th place after Wal-Mart, Wholesale, and Superstore. Certain items and sometimes specials though are still of interest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive…only go there when I have to. The only thing good about this place is the staff. There’s friendly. Gig parking lot outside. If you go in the morning you more likely to get fresh stuff.
