★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I had booked an appointment with them I’ve got in an hour later then my booked appointment. Don’t bother booking an appointment just walk in and you will get in faster then making one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are okay with 2+ hour wait times then this is your place. My average wait time was always 1.5 hours, usually more. There have been many times where, after sitting in the waiting room for well over an hour, I learn that the doctor is just showing up to the office. The staff has always been rude and they are not honest about wait times or wether the doctor is even there. I moved to another clinic and never wait more than 20 minutes. The doctor was really good but the wait times were killer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have appointment, but I never see the doctor on time. Average waiting time for me is 90 minutes so I don’t know what is the point to have a appointment ? There are three receptionists and two of them are incredibly rude to the patients. I don’t recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s the worse clinic that I have ever experienced. I waited for 2 hours even though I got appointment before. The doctor is very rude with patient and she even doesn’t know how to behave and very disrespectful with patient. Not even worth one star .

First time being pregnant and had awful experience because no one explained to me I had to make my own appointments, follow up on my own blood test results etc. when I called to confirm what the process was and why the doctor hadn’t called me to follow up they were rude and implied I had interpreted info wrong (I hadn’t.)
Same has now happened since I’ve had my baby, I was unfamiliar with the process for taking in a new baby and called to confirm the details & appointment, the receptionist answered me in one word answers and hung up the phone on me before I was finished. Extremely unprofessional, do not go here.

I waited for 2 hours even though I got appointment before and I specially mentioned I can not wait because I have to go back to work so give me the correct time, then receptionist said no worries there will be no wait time but when I reached again I have to wait around 2 hours ? When I talked with receptionist she was very rude and she said everyone is waiting and they have an appointment too? The doctor is also very rude with patient and she even doesn’t know how to behave and very disrespectful with patient. She told me about blood tests I got the report on my health card app but I didn’t receive any call from doctor for feedback worst service ? so please don’t come here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately have to rate this medical clinic pretty low. Front staff are very nice and hard workers, patients are usually waiting a long time until seen by the doctor and the front staff are very apologetic for that as it isn’t in their control. However, during a physical check up, the doctor I saw made multiple comments on my weight and made me feel very self conscious about myself. Will not be going back to this office, would rather sit in a walk in for 3 hours than have my doctor insult me to my face. I work as a medical professional and would literally never make the comments to a patient of mine that were made to me during my appointment. I found the encounter extremely unprofessional and will not be returning to this office.
