★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming here for years, still get followed around but at least they have the stuff I need. One time a security pretended to look at shampoo when I came in to buy shampoo then proceeded to follow me around the store. Another time they literally stood by me while picking out snacks. It's the little things that are humiliating. So many little stories like that from this store over the years but they are convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pharmacy is deceitful and greedy as hell. The doctor specifically gave me a prescription for 3 months and was to be dispensed as such. The pharmacist refused and said that they would only dispense one month so they could earn two more dispensing fees. The pharmacist said specifically that this was their policy. They didn't care how far their customers had to travel, it was all about earning an extra $10+ per prescription. They ignored the doctor's orders, during a pandemic, because they are GREEDY. Avoid this place if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to book second covid shot. Was told nothing for two weeks. I asked to book it after the two weeks on a different day and the guy asked me to call back when he isn't working. Refused to book appointment and kept saying there was nothing until after the 12th. To that I kept naming dates and he would not book the appointment. He then was rude and kept telling me to call on Monday because he will not be working. He then hung up on me. No wonder people aren't getting their second shots when people like this are in charge of booking the appointments. And no I'm not going to call your 1 800 number. You record calls so you can deal with it yourself without making me call and re explain everything. *edit* obviously you didn't read the review because you just told me to do what I told you I wasn't going to do. Obviously you aren't reading bad reviews or trying to fix any of the mistakes. Nice to know the owner is just as uncaring as the man I spoke to on the phone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fairly big Shoppers Drug Mart with a wide selection of products. At a glance, about half of it is food stuff while the other half is cosmetics and miscellanea. There are occasionally some okay deals on the food. It's a good place to pick up one or two things if you live within walking distance, but the prices make it hard to recommend as your one-stop shop for groceries. Shoppers sits somewhere between "grocery store" and "convenience store" in terms of value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled. Once again so disappointed with the service and the longest wait times in Regina. I think if I would have dressed up, (I was in my work clothes) I may have gotten better Rx service. My regular pharmacy was closed, so I was left with these people. Rx faxed over almost 2 hrs before I got there, I was hoping to pick up meds, as I have an early flight. Got there, we dont have anything, oh wait, it just came through, that'll be about 20 minutes at the soonest. If I had a different option I would have taken it. Avoid if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are considering taking Permanent resident card photo here they might not always have someone who knows how to do it.
Maybe it is a good idea to call first before you come here. Their photo taking place is not with post office so you will need to wait in the line by the cashier for your turn to ask if they can take the photo for you.
The staff here today told me she doesn’t know how to do it then called another staff member and he doesn’t either so he called another person on the phone and asked me if I can come back an hour later. I had spent 15 minutes here only to be told they can’t actually take the photo for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a medical professional myself, I strongly believe that a medical personnel ought to be extra humble with the commoners than others, but what I saw on Sunday late afternoon, April 17, (while standing in the queque) was totally the opposite. I see "a pharmacist handling the people using all the attitude in the world" I understand that some customers/patients might not be easy to deal with, but still you have no right to mock or raise your eyebrows on people in any of the situations while wearing that white coat. Kindly start respecting your profession and the people too.
