★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at the cosmetics counter was absolutely amazing today! I appreciate excellent customer service; and today I was shown it! This woman knew so much about makeup, perfume and anything I was interested in. I was stunned by all the interesting facts she knew. Such a treat to deal with! Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ always good experiences here and south store. well stocked and clean. one of the few stores we felt actually comfortable going into during the pandemic. good alternative to big box stores with hundreds of people. I can go in and get my items quickly here and staff is helpful.... however recently :
went to pharmacy last week just to ask a question. there were 3 workers and no customers. they looked at us waiting at the pick up prescription area and they all went on their ways. one went into back room , the two others walked back and forth behind the area not even acknowledging us. I am a London drugs fan but very very glad I do not get my prescriptions filled here... wow. never did get any help so walked away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my story wasn't unpleasant with cashier Michelle and manager( forget his name but he is indian) so I have cheques and coupons for similac formula. I bought before in that London drug and Cashier understand how to do the steps and charge with cheque and coupons. Similac cheque are always exchange in marketplace whoever has kids or whoever knows about marketplace. That cheque is not refund cash but doesn't need to be same name or person to used on cheque. But that manager doesn't know who to used or doesn't have much knowledge about it. And doesn't aceept my cheques. Other days I bought in same location in east London drug, they accepted it.
Not just one time I bought.
Why not with this manager ??? Before being a manager, they should learn how to do the stuff first. And cashier also should understand or learn how to do the steps.
Can't close eyes and whatever manager said YES OR OKAY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can only speak for their photo lab and they are great. Most orders I place are ready within 1-2hrs. All the pictures are clear and crisp (hint, use the glossy print)
Have also ordered personalized books for the family, they work great for gifts and memories.

Last but not least I enjoy visiting the camera department. Great selection and friendly knowledgeable sales staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional, rude and could care less about costumers. Waited over 2 hours for a prescription be filled that was faxed over when it was finally filled the person who put through my prescription was rude and unprofessional he rolled his eyes. Find out the next day after my son was administer 2 doses that my son was given the wrong dosage of medication and when I called to inquire I was put on the back burner I had to literally drive to the store to get my answers to find out YES my son was given the wrong prescription. Scary to think it was incorrect but nothing was really urgent or pressing to actually figure anything out will get to it when we get to it. Had another prescription faxed in, tried to go 24 hours later to pick it up to be told they just received it today and they were 2.5 hours behind. Fast forward go back 2.5 hours later and the prescription was still not filled ask for the faxed Rx to take to another pharmacy. Looking at the top of the Rx it was timed stamped and received the day before. I've spoken to management and am still waiting to hear anything back. Rude, unprofessional, could care less about customers and incorrect prescriptions given.
