★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was as expected but they took a long time, had been to this location twice and both times I was told 20 mins but took them closer to 40. I am okay with how long it takes but if they know an order will take long, they need to give us the actual time.

It was an excellent large piece of tender chicken brest that was a huge piece.
And not greasy
Yum will be back again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forget using the drive-through. We stated our basic, easy order three times and they still got it wrong. "Two number 10 combos with cajun fries and cokes". "What was that?" "Two classic chicken sandwich combos with cajun fries and cokes." "One chicken sandwich and coke?" "No, two classic chicken sandwiches with cajun fries and two cokes!" So we are told we have to wait around the front, which is fine. Then after five minutes they come out and the fries are regular, not cajun. We didn't bother to ask for an exchange. What's the point? Service at any fast food place in Regina is so bad, this is just another day. I almost expect poor service at this point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why do you guys close 1 hour early? yesterday I went to the place around 10 and saw associates closing it down and leaving while I was on the drive way with another car also leaving as they saw the place closed too.
this is the second time it happened, the first day I came 30 min before closing so thought maybe it was a one off but this seems pretty regular now. if that is so, please update your times in google maps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a Service!! Their food was super dry upon calling asked for a manager n employee tells me she is a manager and than give phones to the person who served me !! After going back and forth they said its might be me because they made sure that food was hot enough!! So what u people think? We r first time eater ? When we eat we don’t know what are we talking about? This place really need their staff trained and food quality check before serving their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through drive thru. Ordered classic chicken sandwich combinations. Automatically put fries and coke without asking and tried rushing me through with no one else in line. Finally allowed me to tell what sides and drink we wanted. When checking our order there were no straws for the drinks and no napkins and this is what they gave us for an order of onion rings. Thoroughly disappointing. Would have been a 1star if not for the chicken.
