★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a combo meal and the broccoli cheddar soup wasn’t even warm, explained that to the staff and they refused to do anything, thanks for 2 tomatoes on the sub, and sorry to ask for napkins, I should have brought my own. Addressing your staff changed nothing. Manager / owner Karen , your phone call was equally disappointing ! Hope you never complain when you get poor service and zero resolve .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went at quiznos in the evening of Monday around 7 pm . I am very happy with the service and the food was very delicious. Now this place become my favourite and i will always go there for the food. The girls was very helpful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in today at 11:15 am. I was the only customer there. The one person working was counting money in the till and I had to wait for her to finish counting before I was served. Ordered a tuna sub for the wife and a meatball for myself. I also ordered 2 cups of soup. The meatball sub had a meatball in it so hard I almost broke a tooth and upon further inspection was unable to pull it apart, it was that hard. The tuna sub was way overcooked. For some strange reason, when the tuna sub came through the oven the first time she pushed it back in to cook it a second time. Toppings were beyond scarce to say the lease as well. The worst part by far was the soup. She went to the back and grabbed a plastic bag of soup, slapped it on the counter in front of me and squished the soup into a plastic tub. Than she through it in the microwave for a minute. I got home and the soup was way to salty and cold. Presentation of the food was terrible. Quality of the food was terrible and the service was poor at best. I normally have always supported Quiznos and very rarely ever say anything negative about food, but this experience was beyond dreadful. What a waste of $24.

I’ve been to many throughout Canada and this is the only one that denies letting you get any other vegetables/toppings on it besides the ones that come with the sandwich. They will roll it up right off the toaster and If you ask to add anything else they are extremely rude about it, roll their eyes or tell you you’re only allowed to get what’s on the menu, every single time. It’s the closest one to home but I’ll no longer be giving it my service. These women are rude! Hire better employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meat was sparse and subs were very dry. The classic Italian had barely any lettuce, maybe a few shreds and same with the onion. The chicken carbonara was VERRRY dry. Chunks of chicken but no sauce and the mushrooms were sparse as well. They weigh everything out meat wise but not worth the money. Management needs to quit being so cheap or people are not going to come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subs were dry and had NO meat. The Italian had barely any meat, lettuce was sparse. The chicken carbonara was VERYYY dry. For over $10 a sub you'd expect to have something filling- nope. The bread was very good. After this experience we will not go back.
