★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst haircuts I ever had. My hair was fairly long and the girl rushed through the cut in about 8 minutes. When I got to my car, I could see one side was really bad so I went back in and she fixed it to an acceptable level. I would never go here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in on a Friday with my family to get me and my son and my brother a haircut and the store was dead at least 3 people available. But when I asked the older woman at the desk to see us, she claimed no one would be able to for at least 4 hours! I could see into the back area I knew there wasn't anyone here. She racially profiled me and my family and pretty much refused business, to make matter worse she followed us out of the store and watched us walk all the way to my car. Went to charters instead and was seen immediately

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would absolutely not recommend this place especially Kristen! She cut a big chunk of my hair off, did not tell me. I find out a few days later and called the store. She openly admitted to me she knew she did it but did not have the integrity or honesty to tell me at the time of the cut. I got a refund and the manager handled it well. But I feel sorry she has a stylist like Kirsten! Not only that she messed up my daughter's hair and even the manager said it was choppy and looked like stairs. She was not impressed. My niece also got a cut from someone else. She dismissed her before I could even see if I liked and got a new client and apparently that goes against their policy. SAVE YOURSELF AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
