S	Sarah W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove in from Moose Jaw to check out Elizabeth’s for the first time. Finding good bras in larger sizes is all but impossible in MJ. I usually order my bras online, but heard about Elizabeth’s and decided to drive up and check it out. I went in specifically for the Panache Sports Bra which has been my favourite ‘large busted’ workout bra for years. Since I’ve lost weight, I wasn’t sure what my current bra size was. I grabbed several different sizes to try on; the first was a full cup and band size smaller than my current sports bra. I really appreciate the sales associate checking the fit once I had each bra on. We both agreed that it was too tight and she suggested I stay with the same cup size, and only reduce the band size. I had grabbed a few in the size she suggested, so tried them on next. The fit was perfect, it was everything I love about the Panache Sports Bra. I felt incredibly well supported, lifted and separated, was fully covered, had a smooth back with no weird bulges or bumps. As I like to say, the girls were fully locked and loaded in place. I am very glad I decided to check out Elizabeth’s. I had a great first experience, the sales associate was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I will absolutely recommend Elizabeth’s Lingerie and Swimwear to anyone I know who is looking for a high quality, perfect fitting bra. The ability to try on different sizes beat ordering online and the prices were actually better than what I was used to paying online, especially once you factor in additional shipping fees! I will definitely be returning here for my next bra!!

The shop is great and Regina is lucky to have a store with as many reputable brands as it has. The selection has something for everybody and prices are very reasonable. Staff has always been lovely, courteous and professional. I was concerned about an improperly fitted bra and the new no return policy, but the store is extremely gracious and is allowing an exchange. The store still holds the crown for best lingerie shop in the City.

They have such gorgeous colourful stuff, everything from bras to sleepwear and swimwear, even men’s underwear. Lots of free parking. I love the info on the wall in the spacious dressing room. Plus there are 5 wall hooks for your clothing, purse, coat, whatever. You can have a yes hook, a no hook and a maybe hook.

I came in and there were 3 people working I was greeted after 2 minutes but still. I was asked if I needed help and I said yes. I was given two options, I know my size isn't average and my choices are limited. I went to try it on, nobody asked if I needed help sizing, how it fit, or checked to adjust anything. I had to ask for the other color. Not a big deal but the customer service has always been amazing. I asked if they were getting more Freya in "I'll ask the boss". I could hear everything and the boss's sarcastic tone of "probably never". The whispering of how I only want Freya. They can see literally the amount of business I've given and only bought my bras there for how long. It was just very cold and they weren't friendly at all. I had to ask if it fit right, she said "oh so and so is coming she'll help you". She handed me a bra, "this is Freya's sister brand". That was the extent of the help. If I'm paying 100+ for a bra, I want the customer service. Last time sadly I'll be shopping there ??.

Prices are reasonable for bras that fit well, feel comfortable, and last a long time. Also every salesperson I’ve dealt with there has been respectful and only come into the changing room if asked to. I will continue to go here for all my bra related needs!
