★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience here. Was helped by Jobayed. He was not knowledgeable about current promotions and I had show him on my phone before he would believe me. He answered his personal phone twice while helping me. That should be rule number one in customer service not to do that. I ended up having to call Sasktel and spend 2 hours on the phone with them the next day to get the pricing I was trying to get from Jobayed. The only reason I’m giving this a 2 star review is, I called the store the next day to speak with the manager, Rommel. He seemed to care that I had a bad experience and said that he will do what he can so the next customer doesn’t deal with the same issues. Hope that’s true. I can’t see myself giving this store my business again.
