The most incompetent workers I've ever experienced in retail/customer service. Do yourself a favour and go to any other store for your needs, since you would get better help at a store ran by five year olds.

TV was accidently damaged. Had the 4 year warranty. Bestbuy replaced it with a new one without any hassle. Sales staff was knowledgeable and wasnt too pushy with insurance and such. Bestbuy is my go to

Had a great experience at best buy , prince of whales, regina. Saifin, is really helpful and explained everything in detail, Jass and dang are really good staff members. Customer service experience was really good, they make sure customer is happy when leaving store after payment or exchange options. Thankyou best buy team?

Purchased a Mac air in the fall of 2020, Regina east location. Purchased extended warranty for approximately $400.00 After 1 year and 2 months it required repairs. They sent it out to Vancouver because they do not perform repairs locally and after a few weeks i got it back. Still required repairs, sent back to Vancouver and got it back a few weeks later again. A couple days later it required repairs again. Waited for a few more weeks until they decided to replace unit, this all happened while my daughter was in the middle of university online exams, no loaner service. The manager explained my $400.00 extended warranty is not transferable and suggested purchasing another extended warranty ($529.00 for 4 years) as my warranty was used to replace the unit that was only 2 months past manufacturer warranty ?? This was an in store credit only so I was forced to buy from this company again, however when I declined another extended warranty the service changed drastically as I explained my credit card provided an additional year of warranty and the manager commented that all I wanted was to leave the store. The manager also commented that they would not assist me with the 1 year manufacturers warranty either, that I would have to deal directly with Microsoft on my own The young lady assisting us was very nice, the manager however seems to have vested interests possibly in line with extended warranty sales? I will shop elsewhere as the customer service is non existent with this manager unless you purchase extended warranty If you don’t purchase the very expensive extended warranty, good luck getting any support if required Terrible customer experience! Is this warranty typical in the electronic world or just Best Buy’s standard?

II will never buy from them again. Best Buy is the worst and the manager of the Geek Squad Team is a fitting match. Shelled out 1700 on a All-in-One Touchscreen desktop in December 2021 and by February 2022, it needed repairs. They couldn't fix it here and so, without my knowledge, sent it out for repairs. When it came back, it was making noises it never did before and then one day, I went to use the touchscreen and it didn't work. I checked in my settings only to find out that the touchscreen feature was not available on the device. It was not the computer that I purchased that I got back. I was furious and took it back to the store. Of course, they did not have another one like it to exchange and none available on online. I did not want an inferior brand and so after some time, the manager said they would order one online, but it was on back order. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing or any proof that an order had been made, I went back into the store (BECAUSE THERE IS NO OTHER WAY OF COMMUNICATING WITH THEM) and was told, rather condescendingly, that he is waiting for the item to become available to order it. I contacted customer service to ask about back ordering and was told that it can be ordered in-store and will be shipped out when available. At this point, I am so frustrated with so many things. For one, is Best Buy in the habit of trying to scam people by switching out their brand new electronics for refurbished ones? Secondly, if you are looking for a place with good customer support and interaction, Best Buy is NOT it. There is no way to call your local store and the generic call center often can't help you with matters like this. This was not my first purchase or experience from them but at this point, it will be my last.

I recently went into the store for a price match and was denied even though I held a physical receipt from a competitor showing a lower price purchased a few hours earlier and had a link to another competitor showing a lower price. Best Buy’s price match policy says I should be entitled to a price match, but, for some strange reason, they refused. Please explain Best Buy or rectify the situation by honouring the price match. This store is down the street from my house, within walking distance, so it makes sense to purchase here over the other stores across town.

All staff are very nice and are always willing to help. Came in today to buy a laptop and was asked multiple times if I need help with anything store is always very clean. Prince was very helpful and helped me grab a laptop and mouse. He was very easy going and overall nice to talk to. He was so nice to deal with I never do the customer survey on the receipt at any stores but I did this one as he really stands out.
