Elements of Psychology…
Human psychology is made up of many elements that are related, at times abstract, but always essential to the overall development of the self. We chose a Venn Diagram as our logo to illustrate and represent the related, essential, and overlapping elements that represent our psyches. The symbol in the centre is the Greek capital letter Psi, which is used to represent the study of Psychology. We use the discipline of psychology, which includes psychotherapy and psychological assessment, to help individuals better understand, accept, and cope with their personal psychological makeup.
At Elements Psychology, we are able to use a variety of psychological assessment and treatment approaches. We have the skills to help our clients better understand themselves and develop life-changing habits to overcome or cope with mental health challenges and life stressors. Our hope is to work collaboratively with clients and help them develop the tools needed to live their lives with joy and become their most authentic selves.
