β β β β β In the past few months, we have purchased a Bosch dishwasher and a Maytag dryer from Coast in Regina. In both cases, the items were fairly priced with a good selection in stock so we didn't have to wait for a back-order.
Jeff, Lindsay, Malkeet and the in-store receptionist (whose name escapes me), were all very friendly, service-oriented and professional! We had a slight glitch with the dryer but the issue was resolved very quickly, to our satisfaction.

β β β β β I purchased a fridge three weeks ago and ice maker has not worked from day it was delivered. I called and talked to salesman and told it was out of their hands. It was sent off to outside repair company that been out twice and unable to repair . They ordered another part that is on backorder. Phoned Coast in Regina told to call 1866Coast20 . Called and now waiting for a call back . Worst customer service on a Brand New Fridge. I could have ordered from anyone online with the same results.
