★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible , if you have a full day to do nothing but wait maybe a good place to go. It is always lined up to the max ALWAYS, never anyone to greet you at the empty desk by the entrance to maybe help you in some way to take your mind off the huge line up your about to wait in, if that terminal was self serve that would be a life saver lol,, this place needs an audit or something, terrible customer experience wow!!!! There's got to be another way, oh and why nnot have employees emails and extensions available online???? good god communication and service needs review!! Oh and don't bother even tryin to call the branch... I'm a nice guy and just giving my honest experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was 32-degrees celsius and you could fry an egg on the sidewalk. An indigenous homeless man taking shelter from the sun who was sitting 20 feet away from the entrance holding a card asking for something to eat(and bothering no one because there was no one around) was chased away by the manager of this bank. There doesn't seem to be much tolerance for Canada's own less fortunate. Not from that manager anyway. The homeless man was sent back out into the heat of day as though he had been something cluttering up the path to the entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I applied online application to open new bank account and I went to branch to setup fully account with documents. When i came hime i tried to setup my application and i cant able see my account number under my checking account not even see direct deposit information. I see They were hurry to close bank instead of helping to customer. Time was around 3:45pm. CSR was Raquel. I was totally disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I deal primarily with this branch for work transactions, and am not an individual account holder here, so I'm primarily speaking about the staff and service. Newer branch, beautiful customer seating area, always clean and bright. The manager (Greg) and business till representative (Dani) are always very friendly, helpful, and easy to interact with. I work downtown and go to this location to do banking based entirely on the fact that I have always been treated well and with respect. There is usually a few people in line for the service desk, but that's entirely dependant on the time of day you're in there.
Great location, I really appreciate the staff here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a voicemail from a lady on a Saturday. I called back and left her a message. Nothing. I called back on Monday to talk to the front desk, they said she doesn't work Mondays but if I left her a message she would call me back. Left another message, nothing. Left a 3rd message, nothing. It has been over a month now. I have no idea why they called me ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ recently new branch and in recent months service was slow, line ups on paydays so be prepared to wait if you need cashier service otherwise do online banking ..coffee & waiting area, nice building with ATMS inside and drive thru ATM..good location ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a really aggressive woman working at the front about 10 mins ago, who my teller referred to as her manager. I watched two customers walk away remaining calm but visibly flustered by her lack of customer service skills. I will never utilize this location again. Also overheard the commercial teller rudely deflect a customer by telling him "I need to go to the bathroom so you'll have to wait", as the customer approached. Weird experience..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met lady named Alice. She is not so nice. she takes delight in being wicked and seems she doesn’t like black people. I wanted to open an account with them I had to run until I met some other lovely staff. In the end I didn’t open account with them. Apparently they don’t need my money.
