★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurt is incredible! He tries to find any way possible to save you money instead of just pushing sales. Our washer wasn't draining properly and he suggested the cheaper option of repair first until we found out it would cost more to repair than to buy a new one. He told us our new washer would be ready "next week" and called me the next day (Friday) to tell me it was ready for delivery on Monday! He refused payment until he knew we were satisfied with the washer, and even told me I could pay him when he came back from his holiday two weeks later!! This man is honest, trustworthy and is all about customer satisfaction! I'll never buy new appliances again, Prairie Appliances is the only place I'll call for repairs and replacements!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb!! Oven crapped out right before Christmas, panic!! Called and instructed me on how to remove motherboard to bring by the shop to try to resolve issue. After some sottering and putting on new part, picked up and tried. Although motherboard was to fried, he charged me nothing!! Returned part back that he installed in attempt to fix and we were square. Honest and obviously passionate in customer service and trying to help when he can!! Definitely recommend !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lower wash wand in our dishwasher detached itself and melted to the heating element. Called Prairie appliance and arranged to bring in the old part and compare to one he had in stock. Thankfully the part was a match and was a very reasonable price.
