Was back in recently to buy another controller for my PS5. Dealt with Donny again, quick hassle free purchase and great service as per usual with this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience in source Cornwall was terrible. Shaizad treated us so rudely. He didn’t show any interest in dealing us.He doesn’t know how to deal a costumer.Don’t recommend going to this store. Source was one of my favourite store but this experience make it worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking to buy a $20 Steam card at lunch. An associate asked me how much, then what game I was looking to buy. Not really his business, but then he told me that there is a lot of fraud happening and it's bad... so he can't sell it to me unless I tell him what game I want to buy. Not more than couple months ago, I purchased earbuds worth over $200... now, I can't buy a $20 steam card because of a situation that I have nothing to do with. I guess Best Buy will get all my nerdy tech purchases from now on. Forget you guys. Can't post unless at least one star is given, so I guess it will represent the ear bud purchase and other items over the years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is long overdue, so I apologize to the staff for taking so long. I went to purchase a headset for my sons PS4 systems. They were marked on clearance but there were none in your store. Krishna checked all of SK and nothing. I told him I had a friend in Hamilton, so he looked up stores around there and provided me with the numbers so I can call and try them when they were open. I was able to find 2, and on clearance! My friend picked them up for me! This was above and beyond service.
Fast forward a few months and I went back to purchase a controller for my son. It was red. it wasn't working properly so we went to return it for an exchange. The problem is they didn't have anymore and were backordered. Krishna contacted Donnie and the situation was explained. Donnie spoke to someone higher up and they promised the first controller to hit their warehouse would be redirected to this store location for my son! I received a follow up call and picked up the new controller once it was in. Excellent service! Above and beyond! We were blown away each time! You don't seem to see service like this anymore!
We were at the northgate location prior and were ignored, told to deal with the issue on our own, try to contact the manufacturer etc. I tried the Cornwall and these 2 staff, Krishna and Donnie went well above and beyond! it is the only location we now go to for that reason! Thanks guys!
