SASKTEL has the worst DSL connection. Please always choose fiber optic line from sasktel. Their DSL always got disconnected and you cannot work from home. They always send their technician to look at your DSL network. Saktel should install fiberoptics instead of paying to their technicians. Note that Sasktel has also worst sales team those who defend their DSL lines.

Dumpster fire phone company, if it's not the bad customer service, its the rip off billing, and then dropped calls, asked for rebate for phone dropping 800 in 3 weeks, wouldn't give me 5 bucks back after spending 1200. Atrocious

Had Sasktel for 6 years and recently ended my account. Despite living in Saskatoon my wifi and television was exceptionally unreliable. I lost count of the times I called with service issues. Given the ridiculous wait times with their customer service lines I can't help but shudder at the thought of how many hours I've donated to Sasktel. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for internet/cable. The only thing I have to thank Sasktel for is that they make me appreciate my new provider more.

Recently had our inFiNET upgrade done. Had an appointment set for 2-4PM a week in advance so I had taken the afternoon off work to accommodate. However, buddy showed up 3 HOURS EARLY, without calling ahead. I had to come home to assist, and I mean literally assist. He had me route the new wire through the basement beams. He asked to have our dog put in the garage as he is afraid of dogs β€” which is understandable for sure. But he continued to accidentally open the garage door instead of the front door each time he went to go outside to work on the side of the house which was really frustrating? Not to mention he trampled our newly planted shrubs from the fall. I understand they were snow-covered and couldn’t be easily seen, but if he would have came at the appointment time we had set and that I took time off work for when I was going to be home, I could have told him where to walk instead of him trampling through wherever he pleased before hand. All in all, happy to have inFinet installed finally, but very, very disappointed in the overall customer experience. *Bonus: went down stairs after he left and it was freezing! He cut open the poly in the basement and removed insulation to install the necessary wiring and didn’t put it back or tuck tape the poly before he left. Just left it wide open for the cold air to flow in.

Dawson, the Cable Guy, did an excellent Job today at my building. We had some issues hooking up cable and he was persistent, called the supervisor, troubleshooted until he got the job done! If my tenant wasn’t going to be able to get Cable and watch all her shows on PVR, it would have been a headache. So thanks Dawson for doing your job so well. I have had a lot of bad experiences with some services guys who can’t problem solve and just pack up and go home. So thanks for being persistent! Sasktel you are lucky to have him working for you!

Annoyed! Tried to phone Sasktell to get a little bit of a change on my plan. And The call center Messaging systen said a representative would pick up within 5 minutes. After an hour of being on hold. I called back and chose the call back option. I did get multiple callbacks in my voice-mail but no phonecalls. So I couldn't choose any options to speak to a representative. Guess I will have try again another day as the system doesn't seam to be working........

Some of the most arrogant "customer care" I've ever experienced. Their call in que service prioritizes the call back options as I sat on hold for 1:45 hours, during that time I got clever and called them on a second line and took the call back option while still on hold on the other line and in about 10 minutes...shocker! I got a call back! The one girl wasn't the most polite to talk with however I wasn't the happiest person to talk to. I ended up hanging up and used the call back option to talk to the cancelation dept and told them I wanted to cancel my service and make a complaint to a manager, I was told I'd have to wait 48 hours for a call back so I said fine, il have my number ported along with some choice words and hung up. She promptly disconnected my service with no way of getting a call back or porting my number. Absolute arrogance! # 03413852 feel free to listen to the recorded calls. For a sask crown company they don't gaf about sask citizens!

Menu too long Wait time way too long Call centre person uninformed Gave up on waiting for a simple land line request Sad irony that a phone company would provide the worst, by far, phone service. What has happened to what was once one of the best telecommunication companies in the world? Disgusted and very frustrated - would go to the competition today if there was a viable service available
