A great shopping environment at Rona, Regina. The friendliest staff in every department/facet. Everyone has a smile and is very helpful. As well I had a return situation that was handled amazing by Dean, the manager. Took what could have been very difficult and made it completely easy. Also really great customer service from sale associates Martial and Azmina on that same situation. THANKS RONA!

I’ve dealt with a Linda multiple occasions at their customer service. She is the most unhelpful and unfriendly customer service representative. This individual should not be dealing with the general public, when you as for assistance and you get the response Oh I guess I can help you in a sassy tone. I do not understand how she continues to be employed with this company.

Not only a great place to get supplies but Love that Rona not only allows dogs but the staff engage with your doggo, everyone is so welcoming and friendly.

Super helpful staff in getting the products I needed from high above. Not everything I was buying would fit in my vehicle but they allowed me to leave it there till I could return for the rest.

Rather a disappointment when I was at checkout to find out that veterans are no longer recognized. For many years veterans were recognized by receiving a discount on their items purchased but this is no longer available. As a disabled veteran who has to fight our government for what little they give us, it was extremely grateful that at one time we were given this kind gesture but now I am upset of what has happened.

All around a terrible experience. Went for 6x6 boards because the website said there was stock. Get there and the first staff member assures me they do not have 6x6 boards and the website is wrong of the time. Eventually, I find them myself. Despite all of the forklifts around they were not able to produce an operator that could lift the boards (12 of them) onto my flatbed. To make matters worse, no staff there could figure out how to open the lumber yard gate so we had to carry each board out through the store. (There was too much snow to use a lumber cart outside). Will do everything I can to avoid this place. Just as I already was before the other day when I needed 6x6's and home depot didn't have enough on hand.

We must have been asked 6 times if staff could help us. What a great difference from the other two big boxes places where staff go out of their way to look busy and avoid customers. Well done, Rona!

I love to look around so I normally just browse until I find what I come in for. This most recent visit I was in a hurry so I asked an associate where a particular item could be found. He not only told me which aisle, he led the way. Friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. Two thumbs up.
