★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Seeing patients all day and not wearing a mask during COVID, and Dr. Himself was not practicing social distancing. Also no set up for social distancing for patients. Dr also refused to do over the phone, when all was needed was a few simple questions. During COVID this is annoying. Oh and came in at 1:25 pm, told to come back at 3pm and I wouldn’t loose my spot in line, came back at 3pm and waited another 1.5 hours and ended up being the last patient seen in the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was the 3rd one in line at 830am And was told it would be an hour, didn’t get to a room until 1030. The doctor came in And asked me what’s wrong so I started explaining my symptoms, she wasn’t looking at me while I was talking or responding because she couldn’t log into the computer so they restart it and then she goes to see another patient. I hate to complain because we have free health care but come on. Won’t be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The booking of my “over the phone” appointment went well. Front desk people were very nice and helpful. As I got to my appointment over the phone, I really did not appreciate how RUDELY the doctor spoke to me. She had the phone far away on speaker so it was very hard to hear her. So when I couldn’t understand what she was saying she would get angry. Then she asked where I was picking up my prescription, I told her, she confirmed it and then hung up on me. I’d recommend to go elsewhere because the doctors should NOT speak rudely to patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst. I never write reviews, however, I could not look away this time. The receptionist is probably the rudest and most disrespectful individual I have ever met. I called to ask if she could fax my lab form and before I could finish, she shut me up and literally yelled we don't have your results. The phone call got even worse, let's just say I will never be going back AGAIN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love how everyone is rating this clinic 1 star because of the receptionist lol personally I go to a clinic to see a Doctor, not the receptionist y'know? I've also never had an issue w reception staff there and the doctors at this clinic are fantastic. Sent me to see a surgeon with no issues after being told by 4 other clinics last year that there was no issue to be dealt with...now I'm going for surgery so remember people, you aren't getting a coffee, nurses in a hospital don't have to be nice to you so why should reception staff? Maybe all of you complaining are the issue lol

Not only was I feeling mistreated but during my waiting period at the clinic, there were people frustrated with her over the phone whom hung up and people walking in to walk out very upset. She lacks professionalism and needs training on her people skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Akinloye, the worst doctor i encountered. He actually got angry and insulted me for asking a question. Does not talk proper English, nor does he know how to talk. Very rude person. The receptionist was nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to this clinic for various reasons over the past 3 years and never had a negative experience. I am also allowed to discuss more than one medical issue during my appointment. The receptionists have always been professional and accomodating. Dr. Olayiwola Akinloye has never left me waiting for any length of time (with or without an appointment) and listens to my concerns. He sometimes presumes to know what I'm saying before I've gotten it all out and is quite direct. In my experience he has always been a competent and compassionate doctor.
