★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady who claims she's the Manager is one of the most arrogant persons I have ever met. Rude, not interested in talking to customers and actually doing her best to belittle customers. She made mistake with our order, when I tried to complain about it she started arguing that I made wrong order which is impossible because what she made I don't even know the name of it. Never ever tried in my life whatever that was. This was the last time to eat at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst fast food place i've ever been to. Their customer service is insanely poor. The employees in the front treat you like they have paid for your food and doing some charity. My burger was first wrapped in sauces like the person in kitchen didn't wear gloves and then the patty was undercooked. I asked this dumb lady for hot sauce and she asked me "FOR WHAT?" I was like wait a minute ... for my hair and legs! Then my friend asked if her burger had extra pickle in her burger then this other guy said .. "MAYBE ... I DON'T KNOW" . Extremely disappointing service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience this evening may, 14 ,2022 around 6:30pm or 7pm that time at the east prince whales burning king . The lady from the counter who took our order she’s so arrogant.I think she’s from nigiria, Africa , I never had a chance to got her name and I don’t know how to describe her. I just don’t wanna make a scene and get mad at her . I ordered a mushroom burger, which is my bad They don’t served that kind . because I never go to Burger King often And she gave me a dirty looks. instead of giving me the idea what to order. the way she explain and pointing the order menu and the way she talked is very unfriendly and unprofessional. She makes me feel stupid and embarrassed. For that lady you are in a hospitality business . Be kind and be respectful to other people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such unprofessional employees working out there. I ordered on drive thru and she asked me to pull over to the front door. Received my food longer than the expected wait time when having no rush in the restaurant. The authority should take strict actions to improve the customer service, so that they dont lose anymore customers. Would be my last time to visit this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They messed up my mobile order while I was going through the drive thru, and I had to go in, which I was not dressed for! But the manager at the time made it all good, she was very kind and apologetic and that's the only thing close to a bad experience I've had here. Definitely one of my favorite fast foods joints in the city. Never get rid of the cherry coke!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Got shorted an order of jalapeño bites on my order. All the better perhaps as the attached photo is what the ranch looked like. I'm not expert, but I opted to not eat that ranch. Burger was OK, fries were a bit old.
