★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have never seen / had a bad haircut in my life. I showed a picture of what i always get. It’s very simple. Shoulder length middle part straight cut. He cut my hair my ear lobe. I tried so hard not to cry in the chair as well as laugh because it is so hilariously bad. I facetimed my parents and all my friends and there reactions were terrible. I am not over reacting. I messaged several hair stylist from back home and they said they’ve never seen something so bad. I paid and ran out of there so fast because i was beyond embarrassed. My hair has no turning back now and i have no choice but to wear a hood and wait for it to grow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i got a haircut there today and it was with a junior stylist and she was okay. just took a really long time with my haircut and got frustrated with me when i asked her to fix it and we ended up going on for about an hour and she got increasingly annoyed with me and eventually i decided to just accept the bad haircut. which would be fine if it was at a discounted rate for a junior stylist but i still paid 37 dollars. kind of disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still requires you to wear a mask. Ridiculous when washing hair and colouring hair or cutting hair. Completely rude staff!!! Never again. Torture. Very sad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a booking with Brittany A. Showed up and got my hair cut by someone else. They don’t show up when booking. Not sure if they are even a hairdresser. Got the worst haircut of my entire life. Looks like it was cut by a child. Have layers on one side and not the other. And some pieces are way longer than others. It makes me so sad to look at. Will have to wait until it grows out a bit to get fixed someplace else.
