★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have 4 business account, Mortgage, personal accounts with TD. I go to this branch 4-5 times a week. the customer service at this branch is the worst. Business windows has no time when it will open, there are 6 employees walking around but only 1-2 at teller desk. And those two are the trainee. Some I spend 1 hour just to deposit 2 cheques, as new trainee doesn’t know anything about business accounts.
This is the first in 15 years with being TD I am considering moving all my accounts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lineups are always long, so they told me to deposit cheques in the atm. I am a small business owner and they constantly reject cheques. Today was the last straw, they rejected a bank draft made out to my business. They teller and teller manager couldnt tell me why. They did let it be known that a 3rd party looks after the atms at the branch. I thought this would be a breach of privacy as i never agreed to have a 3rd party process or not process my cheques. I will be shoping for a new bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the slowest moving bank I’ve ever been to.
A full line up from tellers to the door. 5 workers walking around with there hands in there pockets and two people helping the whole line out. This is completely sad. If you don’t have full staff to run the bank hire more people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only go into the building about 2 times a year but it's always the same . The bank is hard to get to, have to go through a few parking lots to get there. Then there is the long line. 12 people in line ahead of me. 2 tellers. Waited 45 minutes to do something that took about 5 minutes to do. They don't respect that their customer's time is valuable. When I sent a text message to TD then I had to justify why I needed to go into the bank instead of on-line banking. Really disappointed in the staffing levels there. Seems to be consistent. Poor management for sure
