Car wash scam is in full effect at this Shell station! I spent less than 2 minutes rinsing my clean car off and Mohamed behind the counter charged me $12.99. He then tells me I’ve been in the wash bay for 15 minutes which was a total lie. This station is running a scam with the wash bay time clock. Avoid this place unless you like paying extra in exchange for less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GOT TO GAS STATION AT 8AM WENT TO GO INSIDE DOOR LOCKED BUT KEY IS IN THE DOOR. SO WENT AND PER PAID FOR FUEL AND TRIED TO PUMP FUEL BUT WOULDN'T LET ME. ASKED THE OTHER 3 PEOPLE IF THEY WHERE ABLE TO ALL SAID NO. TRIED CALLING THEM NO ANSWER. BEEN HERE FOR 30 MINUTES ALREADY. JUST THOUGHT MAYBE JUST IN WASHROOM. DOSENT LOOK LIKE IT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there filled with gas then wanted to use washroom, sign says only for shell customers went to use it and door was locked and lady hollered to me out of order! I'd like to add that I've been to this location on a previous trip through Regina and bathroom was filthy! Issue at pumps as well, paid at pump and no paper at pump for receipt couldn't get receipt inside and when I checked my bank account they had taken the full amount for prepay not the actual amount the gas cost. Took several calls to the get my money back. Would not recommend this station at all. Does corporate shell not do anything about these type of stations?station

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a cab driver filled up gas many times in this location. Today went there for use washroom at 8:30 am but he said washroom is out of service. I know it's open and it says only for shell customers but he didn't give the key. I will never go there again to fill up gas and tell my buddy's also.
