★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I genuinely enjoy carls jr.’s food. But their service? Most days I can get over it. It’s sub-par at best. Today, however, I had to sit for twenty minutes and wait for two simple combos (I’ve gotten more food in about 5 mins) while my cashier glared at me, or gossiped with her colleague. Not to mention, the order behind me had their larger order prepared before mine and they forgot my drinks, gave me raw bacon, and mixed up my sides… when I didn’t leave (to correct my order), I, again, got glared at with snotty remarks. I’m sorry, but I’m really not impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Milkshakes are great but their food is only okay.The best way I describe carls Jr. Is ,a "slightly better than McDonald's burger" at a way better price. I'd continue to purchase the odd month as lots of promotions ,but try the waffles fries poutine so yummy worth every bite .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order in advanced through skip the dishes and everything was ready on time. Didn't add the whip cream onto my milkshakes till I got there so it stayed fresh and drew a cute picture on the bag based on my user name. 10/10

The food was fresh and hot. My order was done correctly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really good experience here. I have a family who likes all kinds of things. We had a good experience ordering all something we liked and it was very tasty. You'd think it be just your regular burger, fries, poutine. But I was surprised how great the burgers were and my kids loved the poutine, and stuff they ordered. We went back a couple days later as we were just visiting the city for a few days. Service was fast and friendly. Fries held up for the trip home. Still tasted good after an hour or so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fast ordering our food and speedy service. Love how the burgers are flame grilled. Tried the cross cut poutine fries and they were delicious however, a little but heavy on the gravy but that was fine. Will definitely return here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was good until my last visit and this is how my burger was served to me and I was shocked when I got home to see this. This is terrible and looks like they picked up possibly areas that may have mold forming. Safe to say I ended up putting the burger patty on bread..waste of my money and not going to return
