★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a self serve gas station, which is fine if you're an adult of legal age to drive a car and know how to fill a gas tank. The staff are friendly and fast, the car wash however, is hot garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of customer service representative was very rude to me. His name is "Mohammad". I was visited 1919 flit street Regina, at 29th November 2020 at 0800 to 0810, purchased fuel and tobacco, when i ask for tobacco inside the shop he was very rude with me because of i didn't ware the Mask. Yes i made a mistake not to ware the mask but there is a way to communicate with the customer like politely decently but Mohammad was very rude and when is ask for this name he was getting angry with me. at the end he refuse not to sell the tobacco to me and ask me to leave the shop.
My question was Is this the way Petro Canada treat with the customer? in my past experience i didn't find this kind of behavior any of your Petro Canada shop.
Please take it a serious behavior issue against the agent name "Mohammed"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only ever use the car wash here but it is much better than the one on North Albert. Rarely a line but when there is, it moves quick and the car wash had more scrubbers than the North Albert one so you vehicle comes out cleaner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On several occasions station is completely locked with no sign of attendant for minimum of 10 minutes with customers waiting. Multiple occasions and never experienced it anywhere else let alone during peak traffic times. Lazy employees here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Season pass is a rip off now. Paid $200+tax which is supposed to give me a car wash everyday for 90 days. Today the car wash was closed. Usually they would give you a car wash slip to reimburse you for the missing wash, but the guy told me to go to other locations (like the north Albert one) because they are not allowed to give the slips out anymore. Why would I drive all the way to the north location to just wash my car when I live in the east end? If they can close it any time they want without giving anything back to a customer who paid that much money for the pass, I would rather go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly service, but I purchased a car wash and my car was too low for the tracks. Next time i'll have to check if the car wash has tracks before I buy a car wash. I couldn't refund the car wash so I had to give it to someone. Hopefully they made good use of it.
