Ordered from the Chinese menu as usual...superb minced beef with Chinese broccoli and Chinese mushrooms with greens. This restaurant never disappoints! Lovely staff. JAN 7, 2021: OUTSTANDING food and arrived piping hot..especially liked the Szechuan style tofu amd minced meat, beautifully prepared and delicious...thank you to the lady on the phone, the boss who approved my using my credit card over the phone, the chef and the delivery person who drove 7 miles in minus 38...we have loved Regency Palace since the day it opened...our family claims it as their favourite restaurant in Regina...order from the Chinese menu for more diverse choices...

The service was very quick. The deep fried foods seem to have been cooked in oil that had been around too long. The vegetable dishes were very good. The fried rice was tasty but seemed to also have some encounter with the old oil.

Some of the best Cantonese style food you can get in Regina. Too bad the restaurant is on the East side and we stay in the West.

Great service, clean place and delicious food. I would there again if I am in the area. Their lunch deal is $10 for a variety of things. Definitely worth it and you get a lot of food.

This used to be our go to for chinese food in the city. Always fresh and worth the price as they are almost the most expensive in the city. Last nights order changed that and the food quality was horrible. To start off they started the take out order with informing us that the menu prices have went up. This was disheartening as it was already expensive food to order but we still continued to order as it always has been worth the price. The dry ribs were overcooked, tough, and splintered from a bad butcher job. The sweet and sour bone in ribs were FULL of splinter that my daughter almost swallowed. The chicken balls and breaded shrimp were overcooked, completely saturated by grease and also so dark in color resulting from oil not being changed in who knows how long. These items were about $70 of our $102 meal. The other itmes we ordered we made fresh and tasted good. We called Regency to complain and and also advised on how often we order from them. We offered to pay for the items that we edible and wanted a refund on the items that were not and ultimately going to end up in the trash. After numerous excuses and them telling us nothing has changed in their food quality, and basically dismissing the fact that we were loyal customers of theirs, they refused the refund. We will never eat here again as this may have been a terrible experience this time we have also noticed in the last couple previous orders from them that their food quality isn't as good as it is used to. Clearly, they also don't care about having loyal customers. In response to their response... Regency Palace Family Restaurant we offered to return the food. You said it would not make a difference. You offered a $25 gift certificate towards our NEXT meal NOT a partial refund which is what we asked for. Your quality has went completely down hill. Also, no other Chinese food restaurants have raised their prices, yours have went up and as I mentioned you were already the most expensive in the city. No point in arguing over the review.
