★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got one piercing done . Didn't realize that once you brought the other earring home you cant use it for another piercing. They didn't explain that too. So now if I want another earring done . I have to buy another pair of earring which is from $40.00-$80.00 and I just spent $55.00 for one piercing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really diappointed with the service I received here. I got my nails done for the first time ever and they were lump and misshapen and really just poorly done. The technician was friendly enough but I don't think she had much experience at all. She kept wiping off the nail polish as well and left clear splotches on my nails. Overall it was a pleasant experience until it was done, and when I saw the result I was very unhappy and shocked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, but staff (one particular nasty old lady) liked to talk down to my daughter and I. Telling us they were not doing anymore piercings that afternoon. After visiting sportchek we passed by and bingo! They were piercing ears on the type of customer they like.

I stopped in yesterday to get a manicure. After looking through the meager selection of nail polish colours, I asked for a no-polish manicure. (There wasn't even a clear polish!) My nails were cut and my cuticles were pushed back. I have never had my fingers bleed from having my cuticles pushed back before. My nails are all different lengths. There was a feeble attempt made to massage my hands. $25 to have my nails cut poorly and my cuticles done poorly.
Seriously, go somewhere else. If I could give less than one star, I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment and took my 1 year old daughter to have her ears pierced. 2 staff members on site were trained for piercings, one was specifically trained for young children. They were ready for us, organized and friendly. They were quick and efficient. We were in and out in 10 minutes and happy with the piercings and the instructions we got for after care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re a visible minority, spend your money elsewhere! Different rules apply to you here. Got piercings done here - my daughter lost her earring back and I called ahead to ask for a replacement. I was asked to come pick it - lady implied it was free (when I asked how much replacement backs would cost - the lady asked if she got the piercing done with them/when and when I answered “yes, last week”) she said I could drop by to pick one up. On getting there (an hour later) I introduced myself as the person who called and an elderly lady that works there asked me to pay despite my explaining I had called ahead to make inquiries...I found out a few weeks later that someone else I know got free earring back replacement for her daughter (several weeks after their piercing even!) ... only difference (in addition to our piercing being more recent- which I assumed should be an advantage) was the colour of our skin!
To think I spent close to $200 - got multiple piercings and jewelry- and a simple replacement hook was a problem?! I would have been content with any hook- which I explained...Just so she doesn’t lose the earring ... had to buy new set of earrings just to preserve the piercing...disappointed! Do better...
