Took my parents for dinner yesterday since the pandemic is almost over. The food quality is not the same. The staff is great but the food need an urgent intervention I remember when you have to wait for a table because the food was soo good. I repeat an urgent intervention...the food is not good anymore...unfortunately lost a customer....

My boyfriend and I went here for dinner tonight. This was our second time visiting The Rotisserie. Our first time was back when they first opened and tonight was disappointing compared to the first time we visited. We went for the surf and turf night and the majority of the buffet was empty. For the most part they were not refilling the food that was empty. In the time we were there I saw them restock the salad station and add a couple more pieces of the chicken/fish to the buffet table but that was it. The service was slow. We had to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to come to the carving station for the prime rib and we had to flag down someone to have our drinks refilled. They were also out of the Crab Sliders which are advertised as something that comes with the surf and turf buffet. The gentleman working at the carving station stated they ran out at lunch. For $40.00 per person it was not worth it in my opinion.

This place was awesome!! It fills up fast though so the earlier you go the better! My husband and I were so happy with the food! Lots of different options and oh my gosh the Tropical sangria was to die for! It was so good!!!

It was super delicious. We went for the family night where they have steak and salads and stuff and it was really good. I sat there wondering how you can get such good quality food for that price. The desserts were amazing. I would pay the $25 for that alone. The only downside is that they need more servers because it was super busy BUT it’s worth it because it’s just really good

The seafood buffet Saturday night was a disappointment, it appeared to be a staffing issue, both on the service side & food preparation. Our family arrived at 6pm for supper and sadly we finally left at 8pm still awaiting for the buffet to be replenished. The cook would bring out one prepared tray at a time. What food I did select was good, not great, but good. Several tables left uncleaned, again, due to staff shortage. The manager apologized for all of the inefficiencies and provided us with a discount when we were paying for meals. So that is what my family experienced and I am sharing with the readers, so you can decide if you choose the Saturday night seafood buffet

Great food! I love their Mac and cheese.. and their French fries. Don't get me started on the dessert, I had a brownie with icecream and hot fudge. Yumm so good. Manager came out to check on us, which is so amazing ?. And the waitresses/hosts, took away any plates and filled out drinks ASAP. 1000/10. We will be going back to try the surf and turf, and I can't wait.

This is the best buffet restaurant in town I believe. They are friendly. Their food has a good quality. They have a variety of foods in their buffet. Just eat there once and you will always want to go there. price is fair.

We went last Wednesday for BBQ night. They advertise New York Steak, racks of ribs, brisket, pulled pork & BBQ chicken to name a few things. We got there around 6pm, the place wasn't that busy. The steaks were not NY's & we're pre-cooked & sitting in a warmer. No pulled pork, the brisket was just weird chunks of roast beef, the BBQ chicken was just a few tiny thighs sitting in some watery sauce. No BBQ ribs but there were some Asian style ribs. There was 2 pieces of frozen fried chicken, I took 1 but it was so old I didn't eat it. The chicken strips were old & tough, onion rings were ok, gravy tasted funny. They did have corn on the cob but no butter. Other customers were complaining about this too. My husband said the Thai chicken bites were good, he went back up for some more but it was still a total waste of money The attached photos are what we paid $28 each for (plus another scoop of Thai chicken bites)
