★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym overall is amazing, the members are amazing and had great atmosphere but there has been multiple incidents with one of the workers Sara, she has caused many problems with me and multiple people I know. She’s disrespectful and highly unprofessional. She’s made multiple comments on my online profiles being rude causing unwanted problems, she’s lied about her position and time working at the gym also making multiple unnecessary comments and notes and me and my friends for no reason and has threatened to expel our memberships with no real reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love walking through the doors and being greeted by Sarah! Sarah makes you feel loved and motivated when walking into the gym. She cheers you on, makes an effort to acknowledge all the members. Sarah shows excellent customer service with addressing any concerns. 10/10 !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facility is great for the price you pay. Their app is good too specially the crowd meter. Though one of the rep or maybe she's the manager idk couldn't see the name tag from afar but she needs calm down when speaking to people and be respectful. She's in a customer service industry and I get it that she may have to do the same thing multiple times a day but hey, it's part of the job. You can't be yelling at people that come in past 9pm on a Friday evening to tell them you are closed. I am a regular, and haven't seen any other reps of their with this type of attitude, hence I say she may be the manager there.
But the facility is great for workout for the price you pay as I said earlier and definitely recommend it.

I like the hydro massage in the gym and the good part is if you’re a black member you can take a guest with you to a gym.

Sarah has always greeted me with a smile on her face, a kind greeting and a willingness to help me out in whatever way she can. She has made my feelings of being a new gym goer the best I could have hoped for. Great job Sarah! You are the reason I keep coming back!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to pay via credit card on website, didn't work without bank account info. Went in person to pay for month, year what ever was required and was told they don't take payments that way and I would have to provide bank info for some reason, it's a gym membership not a mortgage.
It's probably convenient for them to debit accounts every month but it's not necessarily convenient for the "customer" who's opinion should be the main consideration. All good though, I was able to join a different facility by paying up front.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Gym and lovely staff!! Their front desk staff, specifically Sarah and Mike are absolute gems. Both make the gym environment 1000X better. I am greeted every morning with a smile and encouragement from the employees. They are easily approachable and beyond helpful when a concern arises. Sarah specifically is the sweetest person you could ever meet, and frankly deserves more praise for how she deals with problems at the gym. Mike is a funny guy, super helpful and bonds well with everyone. Both go above and beyond what their job entails!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is good but the staff working front desk are what make the gym excellent. Sara is an absolute gem and gives everyone a super friendly greeting when they show up. I always look forward to always seeing her and saying hi in the morning. She has also gone above and beyond to ensure the gym is a safe space for everyone. Mike is another staff that is super fun and approachable. These 2 are some of the most memorable staff and clearly make a strong daily effort to build relationships with existing and new clientele. They have personally made my daily gym experience more enjoyable.
