All of the staff are cheerful and always willing to help with your workout or anything related. Always a great experience at Anytime Fitness!

A large variety of equipment including trx suspension and rip training which alot of gyms don't have. Free fitness classes from high level personal trainers. The owners are also personal trainers themselves and are very involved in the community and we'll being of their members. Easy 5 star
K	Kyrell Holowatuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They said on there Instagram when they closed for Covid they stopped charging memberships which was true but then on June 7th they posted on Instagram they said “your membership will not be active unless you decide to use the gym” I switched gyms so assumed I would not be charged judging from what they said on Instagram. If they did not say that on there Instagram I would have gone in and canceled. Yes I should have gone and canceled sooner but I kept putting it off from what they said on Instagram so they lead me to not notice I was being charged for 3 months when I didn’t step foot in the gym since March. I talked to one of the managers and she wouldn’t refund me. Very disappointed
T	Tyler James on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good gym with fair amount of equipment but there are rarely staff there on Saturday's even though it says they are staffed from 11 am - 4pm. I have tried 3x to return my key fob on 3 separate Saturday's around 12 and 1 pm with no one being there - so I’m locked out of the gym and no one is there to answer the phone. Terrible customer service and a terrible way to run a business. What if I or multiple people were wanting a membership or day passes ? You just lost business. If staff just get up and leave as they please then have the door say, “unstaffed on weekends” which I don’t recommend
R	Ransom Bailey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going here about 8 months now and although the 24/7 access is convenient and they have an adequate amount of equipment, it’s mostly quite old and broken. For example the treadmills are almost all cracked on the panels and I have personally cut myself on them while running before. the problems with the equipment never seem to be addressed. For example a treadmill’s tv hasn’t worked since I started here, I brought it up and it has yet to be fixed.. after 8 months. This is one example and sometimes something as simple as a soap dispenser will be empty for days. Additionally, they charge an “enhancement fee” occasionally on top of the monthly fee, but I have yet to see any improvements. I once went to an Anytime Fitness a couple hours away and was blown away by how much nicer it was. Regardless the ease of access is enough to keep me a member, although with the price, lack of amenities and old/broken equipment, they fail to have me feel any loyalty or pride in the gym and I have been considering other options if equipment continues to deteriorate.
J	Jake Brannagan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably the 10th AF I've gone to with my membership. Probably one of the better selections of equipment I've seen. Place is clean and organized nicely. Bathrooms are spacious. Only issues I spotted was definitely worn equipment and the weird shower faucets. One other weird thing was the random packets of wipes lying around the gym(like not placed in a dispenser) which just seemed kind of lazy lol. Overall pretty happy with the experience.

I love the flexibility of going to the gym whenever i choose or have time. Staff are friendly and likewise all the members i have run into while at the facility. Keep up the excellent standard.
