OTF is the best! I have been active my whole life, and have tried many different gyms and such, but Orange Theory stole my heart. You will experience a wide range of different exercises, changing up slightly each class, and you get to do this all while being coached, supported and encouraged for the entire hour there (and the coaches are ALL INCREDIBLE!). As I was running on the treadmill during my workout yesterday, I couldn’t help but think to myself, β€œThese coaches are some of the happiest and most supportive people I know, and to boot they absolutely love their job!” I also love the efficiency of the hour long workout... you arrive, you workout (wasting zero time which often happens when you are at a gym on your own), and you are done! If you haven’t tried OT, you are missing out... go get your free trial class and see for yourself!

Orange Theory is the first gym I've ever joined. I have always been a work out at home kind of girl. At 51 years old my chiropractor told me about OT and how much she enjoyed it. She mentioned the free class option so I convinced my daughter to come with me (I was a bit hesitant to go by myself to say the least) - Nadine was our instructor and we were both instantly hooked! She gave us a few more free classes so we could try it out a couple more times but really there was no looking back! We each bought the 30 pack to start with and I have just purchased the Elite Membership and my daughter is about to do the same! What do I like about OT? I like that you just have to show up and the workout is already prepared for you - I know I would NEVER work out with such intensity by myself at any other gym or even with my own personal trainer for that matter. It's a very motivating atmosphere to work out in- the music-the lighting-the group. Mostly the fact that you don't have to stop to think about what you're going to do next. The instructors guide you through the entire hour.I love ALL the instructors, they are very helpful and are there to guide you every step of the way - but they're NOT in your face throughout the whole workout which is nice. The front desk staff is always very helpful and informed as well. OT is the gym for me! I love it!

Was a member for only 2 months, but I had a really good time and would not hesitate to recommend this gym to anyone. PROS -All the coaches are awesome. Their energy and encouragement really keep you going, especially Janine! -Every exercise/run/workout can be tailored to where you are at. Whether you are fit or not, you set the speed of your run or walk, or the weight you lift, so its very flexible for everyone. Make it as hard or easy as you want. -Lots of classes during all hours of the day -Very Clean and they took the cleaning/COVID restrictions seriously -Was easy to cancel my membership when I was done, no high pressure sales pitch or anything sketchy. -Burned a ton of calories Not Pro's -The price is expensive, and only the top tier membership really made sense for me. And even then, I had to go 3-4 times a week minimum to get my moneys worth. At the lower -During COVID, a lot of the classes are full due to the 8 person limit, and this can be a challenge to get into the one you want. The waitlists do move, and over 2 months I only didn't make it into one or two classes I wanted. But take this with the context of COVID, and realize it's only temporary, and be thankful they are even open at all. This sort of HIIT isn't for everybody and depending on what your goals are, might not be for you. If you want to body-build or do lots of power lifting and compound movements, I would go to a more traditional gym. But if you are maybe a bit newer to exercise/fitness, want to sweat, build up your running/rowing and overall health and having a coach teach/encourage you during every movement, I would highly recommend it.

Updating my review: I've now been here for over 6 years. And, I still feel the same. The workouts are fun, challenging and incorporate a great balance of strength, endurance and overall fitness. The coaches and staff are always amazing. Supportive, fun and always positive. They encourage and support your successes as you meet and exceed any fitness goals you have. I highly recommend trying Orange Theory Fitness out!! Have been working out here since it opened over 3 years ago. The workouts are never boring and always challenging different elements of my fitness. And the staff here are amazing. Always amazing. Positive, energetic, and helpful. Always willing to help, encourage and celebrate successes. I can't imagine imagine life with OTF, Nadine and her fantastic crew.

I enjoy the workouts at OTF - I love that the heart rate monitor β€œshows” my progress in real time and that the workouts are scripted so I don’t have to think about what to do next. The instructors/coaches and front desk staff are great as well!!

Love Orangetheory! I've attended OTF for 4 years now and still enjoy it just as much as I when I first signed up. The workouts are fantastic (each day is different) and the trainers are motivating and so accommodating. I've had 3 children in the last 4 years and they would always give me alternate exercises during my pregnancies and postpartum if needed. Not to mention, the customer service is always so friendly the second you walk in. If you're looking for a judgment-free gym that keeps you accountable, this is the place for you. I love being able to book/cancel online, work out in a group setting where each member is at a different level but there for the same common goal. It's nice to go to a gym where the whole workout is planned for you (half cardio/half weights), so you don't need to walk around gym equipment in a typical gym wondering what to do next. Only con would be the price. It's quite expensive for 8x classes a month, however it keeps me accountable and it's made me love working out!

Pros: amazing workout that achieves a bit of everything, cardio, abs and strength. It’s constantly changing so no two days are ever the same. I love watching my heart rate during class to see when I need to kick it up a notch or chill out. Cons: the studio is very full and I have to sign up 4 days in advance to get into a class sometimes. I have an irregular work schedule so it’s been very difficult to get my workouts in, especially if I want to show up to a class within the next 5 hours. They also suggested I do the 7-8 workouts per month plan and I’ve never been able to get that many in because of how over capacity the classes are and it’s expensive. Sad that I can’t even utilize the classes I’ve paid for.

Orange theory is the BEST fitness studio/gym I've ever stepped in. They have the most friendly staff and coaches. The community is fantastic the environment is so welcoming. Orange theory makes every individual feel welcome no matter what stage of your fitness journey you are on. The work outs make you push yourself. I love the format of the workouts and how fast the class goes by ?
