About Trench Fitness

Neil is the first coach I have ever worked with and it was such a great experience. I was referred to him by a friend of mine and always heard such positive feedback. He knows his stuff and I made some solid progress working with him. Highly recommend Neil and Trench fitness, will hire him again in the future.

My 12 week nutrition and training program with Neil was nothing short of amazing. I learned a lot while getting into the best shape I have been in for quite some time. Highly recommended.

As a new intimidated gym goer wanting to get into strength training for the first time, I started out with 1:2 personally training sessions with my partner and I. We really enjoyed learning correct form from our coach and how to use all of the equipment and found ourselves really enjoying the process - the gym was no longer a scary/intimidating place! I then wanted to take my fitness to the next level and signed up for the 12 week nutrition & exercise program and I am so glad I did! I have been working with Neil and it’s the best thing that has happened for my health!! I have felt supported, encouraged and listened to the whole time. So many people (including me) try to lose weight in an unhealthy and miserable way.. I knew that’s not what I wanted for my fitness journey this time and was looking for something attainable and enjoyable for the long haul. I haven’t had a miserable week yet and I am going on my 2nd round of 12 week program. If you want to start or continue your fitness journey without spinning your tires - look no further, this is the place you want to be.

I have always struggled to find a place that is non-judgemental, professional, and empathetic to the journey each person is on and it’s been refreshing to find that at Trench. I am a washed up athlete that needed some TLC to get my confidence and my mobility back after a knee injury and I’m three weeks into a 20 training session package and it has been life changing in just a short amount of time. I am repairing my relationship with myself, my body, and my confidence. The transformation that Trench has supported me through in this short time has been both physical and mental and I’ll be sticking with Tanner for another 20 sessions after this. Thank you for the support in a big change, it’s been a great atmosphere, and the staff are fantastic.

I was in search of a new coach and gym to work with after some previously negative interactions. So I reached out to Neil and is team for guidance. Right From the get go, Neil was honest, showed me around and was enthusiastic about his passion for health and fitness. To which, he then introduced me to Tanner, one of the personal Trainers. Tanner has been great! He's worked around my injuries and made my workout plan suit my needs. My workout routines are 1:1 and I feel like I'm actually getting what I want from my sessions. All of their classes, from 1:1 coaching to group sessions are affordable.This facility is by far one of the most welcoming in the city. The coaches are always quick to say hello or give you a smile and a nod when you walk in. And the other members are just as quick to do the same. Special shout out to Tanner for kicking my butt and helping me achieve my goals. So if you're looking for a new gym or a great coach, you're looking in the right place!

I am currently in week 5 of my Fitness/Nutrition Program working with Neil and there are no words to express how satisfied I am with my decision to join Trench. My overall heath has improved significantly, from my metal health, sleep patterns as well as body image. In only 4 weeks I have experienced results that I never thought were actually possible. Previously I was training hard 6-7 days a week but never achieving any measurable success. Before going to trench I never had any previous experience with a trainer or much experience with weight lifting at all but now I am confident when I am working out that what I am doing is proper and effective. As far as the Nutrition aspect I was lost, I didn't know how much to eat or where to start. After the first couple days it was really quite easy to catch on. My only regret is that I didn't start with trench years ago.

My wife and I did the 12 Week Transformation Challenge together with Trench and recommend it to anyone who really wants to make a change to their health and wellness. Not only is the program suited for all people no matter where your fitness level is, but it empowers you to work at your own pace. There are no excessive or unrealistic demands, you put in what you want out of it. The guidance that was provided to me and my wife by Neil and Erica was exceptional. If you really want to make a change this is your program, this is your gym.

I am currently on my second 12 week nutrition/exercise program with Trench and couldn’t recommend them more to anyone who is wanting to make a change in their health. The programs have been designed specifically for me with my limitations and goals in mind. Working with Neil has been fantastic and I know that I would not have been able to achieve the goals that I have without his education and guidance. Neil took into consideration my precious injuries when designing a plan for me, which allowed me to continue working out through my recovery, and achieve a level of fitness that I didn’t think was possible. Thank you!

I have been doing strength classes at Trench for over a year now and just finished the 12 week nutrition program. The trainers are so knowledgeable and encouraging. The atmosphere is positive and members friendly. I am 54 and don’t feel out of place at all. This truly is a gym for all ages and fitness levels!
