H	Harsh H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such poor service and customer support. The virtual assistant purposefully messes up everything with no help whatsoever. Package just keep getting delayed for days with no estimated delivery date or ways to track. Even when you talk to an agent, they are rude and and of no help.

They always find a way to access the building and use the intercom as needed. Even for the last parcel I received which was a very big one. 31 kg (see picture). I was pretty sure I would have to go and pick it up. Well, no actually. It was safely put beside my door on the fourth floors! Great job Purolator!

So you have to waste a whole day waiting for a package that never shows up because you're worried about it freezing in the -20 and damaging your $100 + items you paid for. No sympathy from staff or any help of any kind. Just repeated your package will arrive before 9pm even though it was suppose to arrive the day before and has been on the truck "for delivery " since 7am the day befoee.

Its almost third time when I was expecting a parcel and they never deliver, I was tracking my amazon parcel online and was home all day ,no one came to deliver , just updated the status as "attempted delivery", I always picked up my parcels from them by myself, extremely bad service. On the other hand, no one answers you calls, use less helpline. Avoid them at every cost
M	Marc Berube on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visit this place a few times a week and the staff is quick and courteous. I changed my drop off and pick address to my house now, so I deal with the same nice gentleman at home now. They offer a great service.

I need a shipment today - unfortunately Amazon used your company as a service provider and I am unable to get my item delivered... Are you able to use a telecom device? Maybe call me to say that you cannot find a GPS coordinate even though it is staring you straight in the face??? Attempted delivery once - cannot locate the address... I changed it - Someone not doing their job! I told them that this is important! Then..... tried the same address this morning, I was home! Driver just drove past... After holding on the phone for almost an hour, I hear that they will not be attempting to deliver today, because the new address was not updated... Extremely frustrating and disappointing....

Their "support" only knows what that tracking webpage says, so unless you can't read it yourself, the "support" is useless. What does it mean? They don't know. Where is your stuff? They don't know. Can't contact the driver, can't contact the local office, no contact anywhere... but they do sure hope your stuff shows up... eventually.
