I have achieved so little I. Such a short time and highly recommend both Brandi the trainer and agony the owner to help you achieve your goals and great fitness to use for life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes it’s not the easiest to motivate yourself to get to the gym but at Heavy you feel so great leaving, you want to come back!! Tony trains everyone individually knowing how much to push you making you stronger in no time at all. Atmosphere is great and the people that work out there are all supportive. It’s the best thing I’ve done for myself!!

Tony adapts the sessions to whatever goals you are trying to achieve, he is highly motivating and delivers results if you follow his guidance. He has never canceled or been late for a appointment and I have had close to 400 sessions with Tony. Tony cares about you as a person, your health and your goals. The positivity you feel when your there will stay with you for the entire day.
