J	Jorge Antunes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great pizza restaurant coneniently located in East Regina. They have many unique pizza selections here and offer many specials. There are numerous 2 for 1 choices and they even have walk-in specials. The staff are friendly and helpful. They were easily able to deal with my dairy allergy. They even have wings and potato wedges.
S	Sham B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the best desi style pizza around. If you don't like sweeter tomato sauce they have a no sugar added tomato sauce which I prefer. Their nachos have improved a lot as well! When I got them a few months ago they were rancid it put me off for a long time, but this time they were great. I like creating my own and getting paneer tikka or butter paneer. I also really like the non chargeable toppings as it can add a lot of flavour to the 2 topping pizza deals. Great taste and value! Their takeout specials are def some of the best value pizzas in town too. What they may lack in consistency sometimes they make up for in value (low cost) and by being very accommodating. Not a lot of places have more than 6 free add on toppings and it's pretty hard to beat a $8 meal. Also it is really nice of them to still deliver when so close to closing. To me it really shows how much they really value their customers.

Instead of a new order she was told that another driver is going to pick it up to deliver it. Which from a service business is totally unacceptable. This is not the first time issues have happened. So it will be cold when it arrives. A business that is run very unprofessionally. I will make sure by social media and word dog mouth that you lose business. I hope your location on Quance is going to close down.

Kept getting apologies saying he was near by but more and more time passed. It finally arrived. He pulled it out of his trunk and it was cold. As I knew it would be by then. No more business from us.

For example, we ordered pizza last night and they said it would be 25 min, I arrived 25 min later and they said 5 more minutes. 30 min later, i was still waiting in the store for pizza. The pizza had burnt toppings and looked slapped together and light on toppings. Quality has clearly went downhill and customer service could be improved. They also appear to prioritize Skip the dishes orders, as many customers waiting inside commented on. The same Skip the dishes delivery driver came in to pick up delivery orders 3 times while everyone else waited way too long for their pizzas.

Usually I really love Red Swan pizza so it surprised me that this one was just ok. Maybe it was just the pie we ordered that wasn’t what we were looking for that night. I will still keep going here s as it is usually good.
G	Gagan Gill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been a regular customer at Red Swan pizza on Quance St. and now I must agree with reviews here that say their quality of service has deteriorated significantly. I ordered two pizzas yesterday and one of them was a two topping pizza with spicy paneer and onions on it. As can be seen from the picture, I was left wondering if they bothered to put any paneer on the pizza-maybe 5-6 chunks of paneer was all that was there! I guess maybe they were out of this topping but still took my order…Much to my disappointment I had to order another pizza from a different pizzeria as I had friends over and couldn’t have waited for one more hour to order again from Red Swan and would likely never order again! Look into your quality control! PS: even after giving my contact number and emailing to the provided email, they haven’t responded to me. I wonder if the reply to my review here was just to save their own face on the internet here.
