★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a decent pizza and good customer service experience. The only gave 4 stars because they removed the roasted garlic topping option. It was the only chain pizza restaurant that had it as a topping and it was my favorite thing to add to all pizzas. With it gone, I'm tempted less by ordering pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered for delivery. Pizza showed up over an hour later and the driver forgot the debit machine. Wouldn't leave us the food while he went back to get the machine, and they wouldn't take payment over the phone. Called and canceled the order and the girl on the phone just said "Okay" in a demeaning tone and hung up the phone. Driver still came back half an hour later with the machine wanting me to pay for the soggy old pizza he was driving around with, an hour after we were supposed to get it.
