★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time here at this facility in the east end. Dr Lori EDWARD’S was great and staff was very friendly. After my appointment I was was very impressed with Abby Patterson who helped me find the right frames from me in a timely fashion. I was most impressed in how she was able to multi task and make sure I was looked after and able to help the next in line as well. I was only wanting lens but Abby talked me into frames as well and I was glad she did as we found the perfect frames that suited me.

Upon walking in Rachelle remembered me and knew exactly about my previous frames. They also had a decent selection. Thanks for making my visit a pleasant one. Thanks again ??

They had a draw for $150 gift cards if you spent $25 anywhere in the mall and I was lucky enough to win and I’m so happy I did cause getting new glasses here was awesome! The staff was friendly and helpful, I quickly picked out a new pair thanks to their help and they were ready within a week. Will definitely keep shopping here in the future.

The staff are very friendly, they've got a great selection of glasses, as well as sunglasses (such as our favourite, Maui Jims), and we especially enjoyed working with Sharon Frisk in the dispensary - she knows her stuff! She helped us pick out some amazing frames that really suited our style! We'd definitely go back for more, and highly recommend!
