β β β β β Incompetent, you would think pharmacists of all people would understand patients with memory problems. The automatic notification system put in place does not work anymore. I no longer receive messages that my prescriptions are ready, and often am days late to even fill my prescription because of this. The employees have been informed several times, but always have an excuse and apparently do not work to rectify the issue.
