★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's convenient to get to but with the university so close by the parking can be extremely congested and tight. Then you get students dashing in and out between cars and it gets a little frustrating. There is some awesome establishments there including a coffee house, restaurant, offsale, convenience store, doctors office, and a McDonald's there in the lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there for a doctors appointment at Gateway Medical Centre. It seemed to be lots of parking and the medical office was clean. The individual at the front desk was very polite and helpful with the forms the needed completion. Please note you will need to either remove you footwear or get shoe covers when entering.
