Framemasters Gallery and Art Supplies is owned by Regina artist Eric Rowe, and is operated by his daughters Allie Glass and Jenny Rowe, as well as by local artists Kathleen Avram and Brittany Perry. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Framemasters is a lot more than a picture frame shop. It also sells top quality art supplies incuding paints, mediums and a great selection of art papers including yupo. The staff are professional and super friendly. They also offer classes and workshops. Like I said, more than a frame shop. Well worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is an amazing place to go if you are a professional artist or a Intermediate artist. This place would not be ideal for Beginers as the items here are for more advanced artist. The people working here are very nice they helped me out a ton. Two thing I would wish for is a discount system like at Micheals. This is an overall a good place.

I've had a couple diplomas and a number of pictures framed here; each one is individualized with a careful attention to detail resulting in an end product of the highest quality. I recently worked with Alex on a custom frame and was completely blown away by the final effect!

This place is a gem for artists because they offer a great variety of art materials, and some of the products they sell are not easily found in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only speak to their “jersey framing” however, I took 3 hockey jerseys here to get professionally framed.
The time it took them to complete the jerseys was much longer than they originally anticipated. There were also multiple other issues they ran into along the way that delayed the process, resulting in me bringing them back several times.
There was a lack of communication with the framer, and they didn’t have the proper training, tools & equipment to perform the task properly and professionally. As stretching and steam pressing the jerseys are a standard practice within the professional jersey framing world.
The owner was good with trying to help resolve my concerns even though he wasn’t directly involved with the framing process. However, unfortunately the finished product wouldn’t have lived up to any collectors standards.
