Never have I dealt with anyone this unprofessional. She is all smiles and polite when you see her but nothing gets done. She has not responded to us regarding the money holdback or made any efforts to close the deal even after possession (after more than a week now) inspite of our constant follow ups . Its like we have been left powerless with no say at all which has made me lose all faith in her. I am shocked. I had so high hopes of her but she disappointed me big time. I will not recommend her to anyone.

Sara McKinley is an excellent agent always went above and beyond her duties. Always pleasant and returned phone calls and texts promptly. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. She used to give very detailed narration on each house we visited and would explain every details. She has always argued and claimed on behalf of us. Highly recommend.

Sara is the real estate person you want. Her experience and caring in a job market were some would just want a sale only, she makes sure that the house is right for you. She has been in the business a very long time. I suggest you do all the reviews on any real estate person before committing. She goes to the houses and does a quick walk-through before you show up to check out any deficiencies as small as a minor crack that you would oversee. Even simple things like a patio door to the backyard, she says would you like to entertain people and come out the side of the house all the way to the backyard or would you want direct access? This is something I never thought of and making sure that you have a list of things that you want in the house and she will make sure that she gets the house that you want. I’ve looked at over 50 houses with her and never once did she show any frustration at all. I’ve seen some doozies and I’ve seen some extremely beautiful renovated houses. She showed a lot of deficiencies in the renovated houses that people would buy just on looks alone. She says it’s lipstick on a pig which tells me that there are other issues with the house that I wouldn’t buy it. She’s not in it just for the money she’s in it for you to have no regrets in the biggest investment of your life. She doesn’t want you to be throwing out more money after the fact. She’s the one you want. Her little red carpet welcome was so cute and unique to me. I love her quirky ways but she is unique and caring. Choose her!!!❤️❤️❤️
