★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Dr. Neufeld for most of my childhood. Now as an adult and having seen many other dentists to compare to; I realized how rough and poor her work is. I remember telling her that the procedures hurt and she would just continue and blame my gums when I had a sinus condition. As an adult I found out that there is one kind of freezing agent that doesn't work for me. I don't know for sure because I don't have my records from there but I think she must have been using that one and just didn't listen. I told my mom aswell and got ignored aswell because what kid enjoys going to the dentist. If you take your child there, I would go somewhere else, I'm happy I did.
