We have had exceptional customer service from Sydney and the Hunter's team. We had a light bulb for our dining area light fixture burn out just before Christmas and the bulb was back ordered from the manufacturer. Sydney went above and beyond to provide us a light bulb before our Christmas Day dinner. She personally delivered a bulb taken from her own light fixture (she had the same one at her home) to our house on Christmas Eve. :)

The furniture is lovely and so is salesperson Sara but WOW the disorganization in this place is incredible. I should have stopped at the first couch purchase when one knew what was going on. I went back - my second mistake - to purchase a second couch to match in colour. Recognizing that the one salesperson was busy and the other two employees at the front hadn't even said hello to me when I came in, i asked the older man behind the desk if anyone else could help me. He proceeded to snarl at me and say I could wait my turn. I should have known right there that I should take my business elsewhere but I unfortunately chose otherwise. I paid for the second couch upfront and was told two months for it to arrive. After calling for a follow up two months later the lady who answered said she would call me back within a day. Two days later, with no call back, I called again. Another two days later I got my call back but it was to inform me that "there was a glitch in the ordering system" , the couch was never actually ordered and there is no way to rush it so I'll be waiting another 8-10 weeks. I'll just take the refund. What a nightmare.

Gorgeous furniture but horrible customer service and experience. After purchasing a new couch from Hunter's, we waited 5 months before finally receiving it (after being quoted 6-8 weeks), and it was damaged. We were given a few options and elected to have a replacement sent and to keep the current couch as we wait. That was back in November and we are still waiting... it has been pushed off for months. We were told April, then May, and it is now June and we are coming up on a year since we first purchased the couch. Hunter's did not contact us with updates, I had to call each time to get any information and they never seem to know what is going on where an item is. Their updates are never accurate anyway. I am so extremely frustrated. I pray this couch comes to us in good condition because I just want to be done with this store.

Our 1st time going in, wow lots of their pieces are different and unique. Picked out 2 items. Would have bought way more. Items are pricey, but 90% made in Canada and great quality. I will be back.
