★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent my afternoon picking out furniture with Mark. If you are shopping at Madison furniture, look for Mark! He was friendly and knowledgeable. He made the afternoon fun instead of stressful. I fully intended on shopping at several different stores today, but instead ended up getting everything I needed at Madison, partly due to good quality furniture at decent prices, but mostly because Mark (the best sales rep ever) helped me pick out things that complimented each other, he didn’t try to pressure me into buying anything, he was just super helpful, super honest, and made sure I was buying things that would work well for my family, pets, kids, and also my back issues. Excellent customer service!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Madison's looking for a new table, and already had a specific one in mind. They didn't have it in the store, but Karen spent the better part of an hour making sure we got exactly what we wanted.
Our table was delivered yesterday, and we found some damage. I gave Karen a call, sent her some pictures, and within a day, she let me know that the piece will be replaced. No hassle.
We will definitely be shopping at Madison's again in the future. It's been a very positive experience. If you're there, ask for Karen, she is a fantastic sales person!
Also, we love our new table set, it's the perfect fit for our home, and looks beautiful!

Ben, the furnishing consultant, was very patience and kind and spent a lot of time helping us out. The customer service is excellent. We will definitely be shopping at Madison's again in the future. It's been a very positive experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love shopping here! The salespeople here are so genuine about caring for your needs. Tim & Duane are great! They let you look around and are on standby if you have any questions. We bought 2 new chairs and a couch from Duane and he was very helpful with his 18+ years experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our recent purchase of Canadian-made leather furniture, highlighted our satisfaction with Madison's customer service. As a result of supply issues, one piece was back ordered for four months. Unfortunately, when we received our order the colour match was not exact. Ted, the owner, came to our home to inspect the order. He immediately volunteered to have a replacement piece provided to us, at no cost. This is what we believe great customer service should be about. We are definitely satisfied and loyal Madison's customers.

She relieved my stress by accommodating my elderly sick mother’s need for a chair that would suit her. We had to exchange it for a different one and the service of delivery was quick and efficient.
