I've been shopping at Urbane for many years. It has always been a great furniture and decor store with very knowledgeable and helpful staff!

I spent $3000 on a couch, it has been nothing but a hassle. First of all when we first received it there were multiple pull marks, scratch marks on the back of the coushins also as a section the back coushins were not lined up with the other pieces. After informing EQ3 of this problem it has taken over three months to remedy this solution.. when it finally went away for repair we did not receive it back when we were told and went over a week without the couch that we had paid for in full and had nothing but problems with. would not shop there again. I would recommend you save yourself the hassle

What a great store ! Spacious and lovely displays. I have purchased from the store and the advice & service I received was excellent. Staff was attentive and had great knowledge of the products. Would recommend you visit !

When you buy expensive item you pretty much expect top of the line item. Unfortunately in my case an EQ3 table that I bought was defective. I told the employee which I think is the owner countless times over course of 8 months to fix it. Unfortunately he kept giving me excuses and didn't do anything. Now I have a table that launches like a catapult because doesn't have a lock down because Urban 1 couldn't do one simple thing to fix it. Now I'm taking my business to skyline.

Urbane itself is a beautiful store, that carries the products of high quality companies, however the service received with surprisingly horrid. I was perusing the store and was curtly greeted by an employee, which quickly felt like an interrogation to determine if I was just window shopping, or seriously shopping to buy. I was shopping for specific items, but wanted to get a feel for the store before plunging into the discussion of fabrics/styles/price points/etc. I told the employee I was simply “looking around”. I don’t enjoy high-pressure sales, so I didn’t specify that I was looking for 2 particular EQ3 sofas, the EQ3 simple bed, an EQ3 sectional as well as 2 end tables and a coffee table (I just enjoy taking my time shopping!). The sales woman came back to me about 7-10 minutes later, and had the audacity to blatantly ask my what I did for a career, with a tone of disapproval (perhaps that I did not look as though I could afford their products). She proceeded to follow me throughout the store at a distance. I left the store shortly after and have ordered all of my furniture directly through EQ3. I skipped Urbane entirely as I did not appreciate the rude comments, and the stalking in the store. My realtor has warned his other clients of this behaviour, in hopes that his clients will not receive the same negative experience, and I hope that this review helps you in deciding if you would like to support a store of this nature. I genuinely love supporting locally owned stores, but not ones that look down upon people who dress in cheap gym clothes (I had just walked over from Project Barre next door). Thanks for reading!

From my first interactions over the phone with the friendly & knowledgeable staff at Urbane, to the date of delivery when I received my beautiful new furniture, I experienced high quality customer service from all the EQ3 staff including the very professional, courteous & efficient delivery / installation staff. Urbane EQ3 is definitely the best furniture store in Regina.
