★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchase this spacer from kal tire for my suv to replace the old one but my mechanic said it won't fit with my suv so I have to return it to them because it's useless its not yet installed and use so I want my money back but the sales person who gave it to me told me to go to the other branch at south cause the manager is there theres nothing he can do to give me the refund so I drive fast to go to south branch cause it's almost closing time but when I arrive there the manager told me to come back again because the system has a problem they just wasted my time and gas

I was in a horrible situation, traveling delay and no available appointments any where in Regina,Saskatchewan….this location HELPED me solve my snow tire issue. Thank you to everyone on this team that assisted with my vehicle. Outstanding!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever since I got my tires from them, I've always had this issue with one pair where they would start losing
air for no reason while other pair gives me no trouble.
I went to Kal Tire 3-4 times and they couldn't find any puncture or any other reason as to why it's losing air.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to ask how much tire repair was for a puncture. Was told $35 (same as Canadian tire), so I brought it in. Surprised to pay an extra $15 for the "patch kit" when i was handed the bill. Called Canadian tire and asked if they charge extra for the patch and they said no. Pretty dishonest to not mention the full price when someone calls just so you can appear to have competitive rates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutal. I had the car in to fix the brakes and brake line. The first time picking up the car, the car's engine light was on, and the engine light has never been on in the two years I have had the car. They reset it and said they did not touch anything that would cause that.. I picked up my car the second time as the new brake part was faulty and my car had no brake fluid it in(not sure if it leaked out because of the faulty new part or they forget to fill it). They left my window down in the storm, and now my car was idling at 3000 rpm and flying up and down at stops. Said they did not touch the engine and bring it back on Monday(asked them to look at the new problem and they did not have time). Was told idling is probably a coincidence I went home and popped the hood. The engine oil cap was off(so the engine was not sealed making the car idle crazy). You need to pull the engine cover off to get to brake fluid. I put the oil cap back on, and the car ran fine. If you can't put an engine cap on or roll up a window, I can only imagine what else happened to my poor car. So that is three times I picked up my car, and it had new problems. The engine light is back on again, but hey, according to them, it's probably my vehicle's fault. It just magically happens when you leave Kal Tire South. They operate the customer is always wrong until he proves he is right. Unacceptable service.
